Busser-Weekends!

Our bussers are enthusiastic and contribute greatly to the overall dining experience for our guests! A great attitude and a drive for customer service is a must. We offer great pay and a fun work environment!

Job responsibilities include:

Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils. Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, and cleaning chalkboards. Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs. Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations. Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and removing trash from the facility. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

REQUIREMENTS

In 1997, Founder Chris Skodras opened the original Eggs Up Grill in the coastal community of Pawleys Island, South Carolina. The restaurant quickly became known as the home of great tasting food, casual conversations and long-lasting memories.
