Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive, managing host responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring timely food delivery to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including table setup, sanitation, and overall restaurant tidiness Support food handling procedures in compliance with health and safety standards during meal service Help with food service tasks such as delivering beverages or assisting in food prep areas when needed Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times and optimize table turnover Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Skills Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Experience in food service or restaurant environments, including catering or hotel settings preferred Knowledge of cleaning, bussing, and food handling procedures to ensure a hygienic dining environment Ability to multitask efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining a positive attitude Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence principles Basic kitchen experience or food industry knowledge beneficial for supporting various restaurant operations Passion for providing outstanding hospitality experiences that make guests feel welcome and valued
