The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours in a hotel setting. This role involves ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, preparing food items, and maintaining high standards of food safety and guest relations. Duties Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring freshness and presentation. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Interact with guests in a friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or special dietary needs. Assist guests with any requests related to breakfast offerings or hotel services. Handle phone inquiries related to breakfast hours, menu options, and guest services with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items. Clean up the dining area after breakfast service, including dishwashing and restocking supplies as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
