Your Support System:
You'll report to our Assistant Food and Beverage Director. You'll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property , including Set Up, Sales, and Culinary. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.

Arbor Day Farm Campus Schedule:
Full-Time, schedule is flexible Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we're going to do something — it's worth doing well.
What You'll Do:
Work as a team. Be a part of helping us create a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront. Be a part of a fast-paced environment. You thrive on the energy you get from serving large groups. Represent Lied Lodge. You'll maintain a professional appearance and representation. Assist in a variety of functions. From clearing and setting tables, serving food, bartending/serving drinks, set-up and breakdown, and helping us maintain cleanliness. Be part of a global non-profit. You will gain valuable work experience that sets you up for other opportunities on our property.
