Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Assist guests with food selections, dietary needs, and special requests with a friendly and professional attitude. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food service equipment throughout the shift. Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group reservations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy breakfast hours. Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles enhances your suitability for this position. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential. Previous banquet or hospitality experience is a plus.
