Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Busser is responsible for setting and cleaning the dining room area before, during and after meal service. This role assists the servers to ensure Members receive the best quality service. Enhancing lives of Members and Guests with "WOW" moments they can't live without.
Essential Functions:
Assists servers in their tasks Assist in carrying food trays to tables Remove soiled dishes from tables; bring dishes to wash area Removed soiled linens and replace with clean linens Set tables with silverware, glassware, utensils, and other necessary items Clean dining room areas Stock servers' stations with supplies Collect trash from dining area and patio areas Dust chairs before and after meals Keep ice buckets filled Posses ability to work in a team-oriented environment Observe restaurant policies regarding uniform, hygiene and grooming Maintain neat and clean work station during service Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
