Breakfast Attendant with Experience

As the Breakfast Host, you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are consistently met. This is the job where you get to excel as the personal representative of the hotel by giving guests a great impression of excellent service and high standards that we strive for every day. We are seeking a dynamic individual to help create lasting memories for our Job Summary To successfully maintain the daily breakfast to brand standards and engage our guests to ensure satisfaction on their stay and provide any recommendations and assistance as requested Activities & Responsibilities Essential Job Functions Setting up the daily breakfast Ensuring the breakfast items are well stocked throughout the service hours Clean entire breakfast area, including vacuuming/sweeping/mopping breakfast area and scrubbing kitchen floors Providing personalized service to all guests Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day Preparing foods, such as cut fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrate Stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers Setting out/arranging Hot and cold food, such as sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal for self-service Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated Wiping up spills Heating required foods to safe levels and maintaining by taking temps as required by the health department. Removing Trash Restocking self-service food and supplies as needed Washing serving equipment and returning it to the proper location. Returning reusable food supplies to storage Additional Responsibilities Any other duties assigned by Supervisor Physical Demands Must be able to stand for long periods of time Lift up to 25-50 lbs Bend, squat, stoop, reach and grasp Minimum Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements Exceedingly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask Ability to communicate effectively with guests regarding breakfast offerings and basic hotel information Must be able to work independently Motivated to achieve excellent customer service Able to work in a fast-paced environment

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
