Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring timely clearing of dishes. Support food service operations by preparing and serving meals in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food handling and presentation. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly. Follow safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards in all food preparation areas. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining high standards of hygiene. Familiarity with food service operations, including serving, catering, and kitchen duties. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Background in the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
