Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any necessary support during service. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering functions. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations. Ensure all utensils, glassware, and dishes are properly cleaned and stored. Assist with any additional tasks as directed by management to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to cleanliness and organization within the dining area. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the food industry and bussing duties.
