We're building a front-of-house team that's fast, attentive, and guest-obsessed—and we're looking for a motivated Runner/Busser to help us deliver an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Job Summary We're seeking a reliable and energetic Runner/Busser to support our service team during daily operations. This role is the backbone of a smooth dining room—ensuring food gets to tables quickly and accurately, settings are clean and reset between guests, and our servers can stay focused on delivering great hospitality. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the restaurant industry or grow into a front-of-house career. Responsibilities Run food from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and promptly Assist servers by clearing plates, glassware, and silverware between courses and after guests depart Reset tables quickly and to standard for incoming guests Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and bussing areas throughout service Restock service stations with napkins, flatware, glassware, and condiments Assist with pre-service setup and post-service breakdown Communicate clearly with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth ticket flow Refill water as directed by the service team Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Requirements Prior restaurant experience preferred Ability to move quickly and stay composed during a busy service Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality Professional and friendly demeanor with guests Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays required) Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs Why Join Us?
