Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to support the overall operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering bread or appetizers, and providing any additional support as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, windows, and restrooms. Set up and break down tables for events or busy service periods. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Help with catering events as required, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies in the food industry. Skills Strong food handling skills with knowledge of sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in catering or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members. A proactive attitude towards helping others in a hospitality-focused environment. Familiarity with bussing techniques and practices within the food industry is advantageous.
