This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring flawless execution, exceptional guest experiences, and smooth communication between clients, kitchen, and service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs. Responsibilities Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown for events. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events. Direct and support banquet servers, bartenders, and other event staff. Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely service. Monitor event timelines, ensuring all elements are executed as planned. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. Handle any guest concerns quickly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards. Qualifications 3+ years of banquet or catering leadership experience (Maître D', Captain, or similar). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of banquet service standards and procedures.
