Assistant FoodBeverage Director We are seeking a passionate, service-driven Assistant FoodBeverage Director to help lead and elevate the dining and entertainment experience within our Food and Beverage outlets. We are looking for someone who can step into a fast-paced environment, support and develop bartenders and service staff, maintain high operational standards, and help shape the future vision of our restaurants, bars, and entertainment. As an Assistant Food and Beverage Director, you will have the chance to make a significant impact and contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support bartenders, servers, and front-of-house team members Maintain a high-functioning, service-oriented restaurant and bar environment Uphold and reinforce company culture, service expectations, and operational standards Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including staffing, guest service, and floor leadership Support the development of entertainment initiatives and outlet programming Ensure consistent execution of hospitality standards and memorable guest experiences Address guest concerns professionally and proactively Foster accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and positive morale among staff Partner with leadership to continue raising the standard for our hotel food and beverage outlets Qualifications Previous restaurant, bar, or hotel foodbeverage leadership experience preferred Strong leadership and people-management skills Ability to thrive in a high-energy, guest-focused environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Passion for hospitality, entertainment, and team development Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For We need someone who believes Food and Beverage is not just a job
