Responsibilities:

Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, Mexico is seeking a dependable Food Services Aide to assist with the preparation and delivery of nutritious meals that support healing and wellbeing. In this role, you'll perform a variety of routine foodprep duties, maintain a clean and sanitary work area, and help ensure meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and with care. If you're detailoriented, teamfocused, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and service, this position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact in a healthcare environment. Processes standard recipes for preparation of all food. Prepares and delivers quality products and established portions on schedule. Checks equipment and work area to ensure cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in accordance with regulations. Maintains daily records including information on patients/residents meals, cafeteria meals, meals on wheels, special events, and temperatures. Operates a variety of kitchen equipment
Qualifications:
Less than high school.
