Responsibilities:

• Processes standard recipes for preparation of all food.
• Prepares and delivers quality products and established portions on schedule.
• Checks equipment and work area to ensure cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in accordance with regulations.
• Maintains daily records including information on patients/residents meals, cafeteria meals, meals on wheels, special events, and temperatures.
• Operates a variety of kitchen equipment

Qualifications:

Less than high school. Less than one year experience in food service Minimal legal age for consideration is 16
