This role assists in overseeing daily poolside food and beverage service, ensuring efficient operations, strong service standards, and exceptional guest experiences. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to support a high-volume outdoor venue while helping lead and develop seasonal colleagues.
Position Details Seasonal role:
May - September Full availability required during peak summer season (including weekends and holidays) Key Responsibilities Operations & Guest Experience Support daily food and beverage operations at Stillwater Pool . Ensure consistent execution of Hyatt service standards. Monitor service flow and assist during peak periods. Engage with guests to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool areas. Leadership & Team Support Assist in supervising servers, bartenders, and support staff. Provide hands-on leadership during busy service times. Support onboarding and training of seasonal colleagues. Promote a positive and team-focused environment. Administrative Support Assist with scheduling and shift management. Support inventory and ordering processes. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Communicate updates and needs to leadership. Collaboration Partner with Recreation, Culinary, and leadership teams. Support poolside programming and events. Qualifications Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience. Strong leadership and guest service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service standards. Flexible availability.
