P Summary:
Promotes and maintains a positive service culture. Directs department activities to include food preparation, production, assembly, service and distribution for patients/residents, staff and visitors. Ensures adherence to standardized recipes, menus and safe handling practices. Organizes cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, equipment, and small wares. Operates cash registers and other equipment to include; pizza ovens and grill. Provides input to Production Manager and Food Supervisor regarding shift operations. Adheres to the

EDUCATION
High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years previous experience in Food Service required Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred Customer Service experience strongly desired Cash register experience strongly desired

Strong written and verbal communication skills Good analytical skills Good organizational skills Ability to lead and guide other associates Ability to handle stressful conditions Ability to perform basic math functions Strong Cash Register skills Strong Customer service skills
