Banquet & Waitstaff Captain

Help the Birch Hill team provide our guests with friendly and exceptional hospitality! We are looking for experienced leaders to help coordinate our waitstaff efforts. Our Captains take the helm on our events and make sure our celebrations reach their highest potential.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Captains support our front of house teams by making sure our servers are organized and prepared to meet all timelines and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and equip the waitstaff team with detailed timelines, task checklists, and service goals Coordinate with other teams to ensure or establish a cohesive set of expectations Maintain a professional but warm demeanor with both team members and guests Keep servers accountable to service standards and appropriate etiquette

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in hospitality, food service, or catering Leadership experience with a proactive, but adaptive mindset Shared skills in communication and organization
