Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Coffee Attendant/Bartender/ Dishwasher—an energetic role that combines the art of crafting exceptional beverages, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment according to food safety standards Manage food handling responsibilities during catering events or banquet functions to ensure quality and safety Assist in food preparation when needed and support the overall flow of food service operations Handle cash transactions with accuracy using POS systems and perform basic math for change and sales reconciliation Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work evenings, weekends, and nights as required for nightlife or catering events Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed environment is a plus Knowledge of brewing processes or barista techniques is beneficial but not required This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced hospitality settings.
