What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations—from greeting customers and sharing menu knowledge to ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. Essential Functions Operate with
Urgency:
Work with focus and speed—especially during peak hours—while balancing prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities without compromising quality or safety.
Food Prep & Execution:
Portion, mix, chop, and prepare ingredients while following recipe cards and allergen protocols to ensure quality and consistency.
Line Operations & Order Accuracy:
Build salads quickly and accurately with proper portions, presentation, and attention to detail during peak service.
Guest Experience:
Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly, efficient hospitality at every touchpoint.
Food Safety & Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while upholding all sanitation, food safety, and cross-contamination standards.
Teamwork & Operational Support:
Communicate clearly for safety ("knife," "behind"), operate kitchen tools and POS systems responsibly, and support inventory restocking throughout shifts. Minimum Requirements Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week Must be 18 years of age or older Must be authorized to work in the
