Every other Weekend 6am-2pm with the potential for additional hours St. Peter's Health Partners, where we are committed to servingfresh, high-quality food in a warm, home-like environment. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiasticFood Service Worker to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making meaningful connections, values fresh food, and takes pride in supporting a respectful, resident-first environment. Our independent senior living community is focused on exceptional hospitality, nourishing meals, and a strong sense of community—ensuring every resident feels cared for and at home. We take pride in offeringelegant, restaurant-style dining options that reflect the preferences and interests of the people we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation and meal service in accordance with dietary needs and standards Ensure cleanliness and organization of food service spaces Deliver friendly, attentive, and respectful service to all residents Support dishwashing, sanitation, and overall kitchen maintenance Follow food safety procedures and health regulations Collaborate with team members to create a pleasant dining experience Opening the kitchen; turning on hot line and cold line area Recording temperatures of ready-to-eat foods as well as other HACCP logs Properly breaking down service line and keeping it clean and sanitized Must maintain a clean and professional workspace and be willing to work independently
Qualifications:
Previous food service experience preferred but not required—training provided High School Diploma preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality service Ability to read and write English on at a minimum 6th grade level Adheres to

Range:
$16.20-23.50 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
