Duties Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as

for accurate order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage cashier duties including processing payments, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables, clearing trays, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Experience Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly preferred, especially within quick service or fast food restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Culinary experience or background working in cafés, grocery stores, or the food industry will help you excel in this role. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques is essential.
