Job Description

Live music Venue looking for Food and Beverage assistant general manager with great communication skills, computer proficient and a drive to work in a fast paced fun environment ensuring our guest have a great experience. Duties include event set up/breakdown/floor supervision/EON reporting/scheduling. PNL management, COGS, client relations and catering. Nights and weekends and weekday shifts for deliveries and set up. Room for growth and a very flexible schedule. Must have experience in fast paced food and beverage, Bar and catering. Prefer restaurant experience as well. Must have PNL and cogs experience
