Summary We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Breakfast attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring that all culinary standards are met. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience at our hotel. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner following food handling regulations. Meet guests and create a hospitable atmosphere. We are a "home away from home" for our guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during service hours. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment at all times. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Requirements Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry in preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Guest service and a hospitable attitude.
