Busser

The Role:

The Busser will be responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience throughout Sartianos.

The Responsibilities:

Prepare restaurant before guests are seated Set tables with necessary napkins, linens and glassware Polishing glassware and silverware Restock utensils, napkin glassware and other dining room needs Communicate with server Removes dirty glassware, flat-ware and plate-ware when needed Clean and reset tables Maintain health and safety standards in back of house and and dining areas Inform management and waitstaff about guests' feedback or requests Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications :

Must have a minimum 1-year experience. Passion for food and beverage operations Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all tines Must be well groomed and adhere to the Sartianos uniform requirements Flexible schedule based on the needs of Sartianos, their programming, and peak times Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
