18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the U.S. Less than one year of prior job experience Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills Reliable transportation to the W 48th St location Flexible schedule availability to cover variable shifts Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and reach for up to 8 hours Physical ability to safely lift 50 pounds Visual ability to adjust focus and use depth perception Ability to work safely in a noisy kitchen near hot oil and temperature changes Your Shift Tasks Take customer orders accurately at the front counter using the point-of-sale (POS) register system. Cook and prepare food to order on the grill, dressing, and fry stations. Complete morning prep routines to stock the kitchen for daily service. Clean the prep areas, lobby, and restrooms to maintain strict sanitation standards. Communicate clearly with your crew to ensure orders go out accurate and complete. Work safely around commercial kitchen equipment and hot fryers.
