Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant and become the welcoming face of our morning service! In this energetic role, you will ensure a delightful breakfast experience for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of breakfast foods, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Set up breakfast stations with fresh ingredients, beverages, and necessary supplies before service begins. Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations throughout the shift. Replenish supplies as needed during service to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy morning hours and support catering or banquet setups when required. Requirements Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience serving food in restaurants or catering settings; banquet experience is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards in the food industry. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Food handling certification or willingness to obtain necessary certifications prior to employment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances guest experiences.
