Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server Assistant, where your energy and hospitality skills will help create memorable dining experiences. In this role, you will support our servers by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring our guests receive exceptional customer care. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be vital in delivering smooth operations and fostering a positive atmosphere for both guests and team members. Responsibilities Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting for new guests to maintain a clean and organized dining area Support food service operations by delivering food and beverages efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Support catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring all details are handled professionally Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about the menu, and addressing any concerns promptly Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with cleaning, bussing, and food handling practices in a hospitality setting is advantageous Experience in catering, hotel operations, or the food industry can be beneficial for understanding guest expectations Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests effectively Prior hospitality or serving experience helps in delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple tasks efficiently Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating enjoyable experiences through excellent service!
