Service Support/Busser (nights & weekends)

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Service Support Busser, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate the dining experience for every guest. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our service team, ensuring tables are spotless, dishes are promptly cleared, and the environment remains welcoming and efficient. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help create a seamless flow between kitchen and front-of-house operations, making each guest feel valued and cared for from start to finish. We are a restaurant located inside a boutique hotel, and our goal is to provide an elevated experience for all guests. Duties Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and delivering necessary items to guests Support food handling tasks, including assisting in food delivery from kitchen to tables with care and accuracy Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including floors, dining spaces, and service stations through regular cleaning and organization Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely service and address guest needs promptly Help with basic catering setup and breakdown for special events or large parties Follow all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff There will be additional tasks seasonally as assigned by management, food & beverage service at the pool, towel service, lighting firepit(s), light maintenance of the interior/exterior. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but is not required as we value in-house training; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with hospitality or hotel service operations is a plus Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Experience in catering or service in busy restaurant settings will help you excel in this role Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
