Full Job Description Food Service Worker:
Assists with daily food production including food prep, baking, ware washing, cleaning, sanitizing serving and running a cash system while adhering to all company policies and procedures. This position will involve working in multiple kitchens at the same address. This is a full time (40 hours), year-round position. This position will require alternate weekends, some holidays. Ability to work flexible hours is a plus. Must be available 10am-6:30pm, or 6:00am - 2:30pm Opportunities for overtime may be available from time to time.
Responsibilities:
Follow food safety requirements such as washing, preparation and storage of foods. Ensures the food prep area and kitchen are clean and sanitized at the end of your shift. Follows basic recipes desserts and other foodstuffs. Qualifications & Skills 12-month position High school diploma/GED required, able to read and write in English. Able to read and follow standardized recipes. Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures. Must be willing and able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment. Possess strong knife, slicer and ware washing skills. 2 years or more food service experience
