Job Description:
As a Fine Dining Server Assistant at Noble Cellar, you will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. This tipped position works closely with our servers and culinary team, contributing to the seamless flow of service, ensuring that every guest receives unparalleled attention and care.
Responsibilities:
Assist servers in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to support timely and efficient service. Set and reset tables according to established standards. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Assist in delivering food and beverages to tables with precision and professionalism. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their overall dining experience. Work closely with the server team to provide seamless and attentive service. Uphold high standards for service excellence and contribute to a positive dining environment. Assist in opening and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Warm and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a polished dining atmosphere. Adaptability to changing circumstances and ability to handle challenges with grace. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
