Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant/Cook, where your enthusiasm and culinary skills will create memorable mornings for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the first to greet guests with a warm smile, prepare delicious breakfast offerings, and ensure the buffet area is inviting, clean, and well-stocked. Your energy and attention to detail will set the tone for a fantastic guest experience, making every breakfast service a highlight of their stay. Work Schedule We have a set schedule. Its 4 Days a week, from 5AM to 1PM, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold buffets, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations. Replenish food items and supplies promptly to ensure an appealing and fully stocked buffet throughout service hours. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu offerings, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions with professionalism. Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices to ensure guest safety. Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service stations, including arranging utensils, condiments, and linens. Requirements Proven experience in food service roles such as fine dining establishments, restaurants, catering events or banquet settings. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards. Experience in serving or hospitality roles that require attention to detail and efficiency under pressure. Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts. Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred. Previous experience in the food industry involving dietary accommodations or catering is advantageous. This position offers an engaging environment where your culinary talents shine! $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
