As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hospitality setting and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. Duties Clean and set tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, windows, and restrooms. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food quality. Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and dining materials. Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with bussing techniques and hospitality standards is beneficial. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food handling and customer service.
