This energetic position involves coordinating hospitality services, managing food and beverage operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, culinary arts, and customer service will help showcase our destination's unique offerings and create memorable experiences for all visitors. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee food service operations at events, including catering, banquets, and hospitality functions Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure proper food handling, safety standards, and hygiene practices are followed at all times Support kitchen staff with cooking, plating, and setup to ensure timely service during events Maintain cleanliness of all food service areas, including kitchens, dining spaces, and storage rooms Collaborate with event organizers to meet specific catering needs and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly, efficient service to guests and clients Requirements Proven experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments; banquet experience is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Strong skills in bussing, serving, food preparation, and general kitchen operations Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Experience with hotel or hospitality industry operations is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest interaction Previous culinary or kitchen experience combined with a passion for delivering outstanding service Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to showcasing our destination's best qualities through exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence!
