Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and dependable Hot Food Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will help provide excellent customer service while preparing and maintaining fresh hot food items for guests. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers with questions about hot food items and meal options Prepare and package meals according to store standards Replenish the hot well and keep food items stocked throughout the day Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperature Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and serving areas Follow food safety and company procedures Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service Qualifications Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Basic food handling knowledge preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items
