Whether setting up elegant banquet spaces or serving delicious food with a smile, you'll play a vital part in delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, vibrant environment Scheduling This is a part time, on call position with scheduling based on Banquet event needs. Flexible schedule based on banquet events Duties Prepare banquet rooms by setting tables, arranging chairs, and ensuring all event spaces are clean and inviting before guest arrival Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, adhering to food safety standards and proper handling procedures Assist with catering setup and breakdown, including transporting supplies and arranging buffet stations or serving stations Bus tables promptly during events to maintain a tidy environment and ensure guest comfort Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and fostering positive guest relations Support food preparation activities as needed, including replenishing supplies and assisting culinary staff during events Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including washing dishes, clearing trays, and ensuring proper food handling practices are followed Skills Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Experience with banquet service, catering setups, or restaurant operations is a plus Good physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts Familiarity with food preparation and serving standards in hotel or restaurant settings We value energetic team players committed to delivering top-tier service.
