Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Assist with food preparation, serving, and bussing tables to ensure smooth operations Maintain cleanliness by performing thorough cleaning duties in dining and kitchen areas Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to proper food handling procedures Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing food stations Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of hospitality standards Knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintaining hygiene in food-related settings Ability to efficiently bus tables and assist with serving duties during busy periods Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety protocols Experience working in hotels or the broader food industry is a plus Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
