Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh ingredients, beverages, and accompaniments, ensuring all items are presented attractively and meet quality standards Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive service and answering any questions about menu options or dietary preferences Maintain cleanliness and food safety sanitizing procedures throughout the breakfast area, adhering strictly to food safety management protocols Serve food and beverages efficiently using proper serving techniques, including knowledge of wine and beverage pairings when applicable Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace with care and precision during food preparation and service Restock supplies promptly to ensure smooth operation during busy breakfast hours while managing food handling responsibilities responsibly Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions when necessary, ensuring smooth billing processes Requirements Previous experience in fine dining, restaurant service, catering or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food safety management practices Experience with food handling, food preparation, and serving techniques in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with wine knowledge and beverage service is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Experience with POS systems for order processing and billing purposes Prior banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory Food industry or culinary experience that demonstrates a passion for quality service and presentation Join us as a Breakfast Attendant to start each day with energy and purpose!
