Breakfast Attendant

The Breakfast Attendant will attend to the complimentary breakfast hosted daily for our guests as well as cook shifts.

Additional responsibilities include:

Maintain stock and cleanliness of workstation, including storage rooms and kitchen. Cleaning and help with dishes. Transport all dirty tableware to dish washing area for proper cleaning. Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware so that it can be put through the dish or pot machine properly. Perform general/routine cleaning tasking using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by Supervisor to adhere to health standards. Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules. All team members must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. (Specific standards outlined in team member handbook). Perform any related duties as requested by management. Perform general/routine cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards. Clean and dry floors to avoid slip/fall accidents. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Follows safety and security procedures and rules. Knows department fire prevention and emergency procedures. Utilizes protective equipment. Reports unsafe conditions to management. Reports accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to management. Perform any related duties as requested by management. Assists other Kitchen Personnel when need. Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays, variations in shift days

Availability:

All team members are expected to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to operate beverage equipment, e.g., coffee maker. Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products and processes within the hotel. Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions for duration of shift. Ability to lift and move multiple tables and chairs and podiums weighing up to 20 lbs. This position requires considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout the shift Ability to grasp, lift, carry, push, and pull goods on hand cart weighing up to 100 lbs. Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, and smiling.
