ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist in food inventory and control to assure health and safety standards associated with food preparation and serving Assist with the preparation of meals and snacks in accordance with recipes Serve meals and prepare snacks as required Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, dining, beverage, food service areas, and dining areas Maintain kitchen, dietary, and service areas in an uncluttered, safe manner

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

18 years of age. High School diploma/GED equivalent Previous work experience in food service preferable Physical abilities to perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting of objects up to 25 lbs.
