Dining Services Support Staff

Orchard Bar & Table is looking for Food Runners & Bussers to serve as support staff at our upscale steak & seafood concept. We are looking for support staff (food runners and bussers) to work as part of our team in the dining room. Duties include accurately delivering food to guests, clearing dirty plates and glassware, resetting dining room tables, polishing silverware, keeping expo line stocked and clean, etc. This is an entry level position. We offer training and part-time hours. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be prompt, and willing to learn and grow with the company. We are a family owned business that has been serving Catawba Island, OH for 10 years. Responsibilities:

Set up all server stations for success (ice, water pitchers, napkins, silverware, glasses, plates, ect). Clean, sanitize and reset tables after each seating. Clear tables of dishware, glassware and napkins after meals, and reset tables for service. Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware and dishware. Assist servers with food delivery. Keep all areas visible to guests neat and clean. Help the host team with setting up tables for big parties. Communicate any guest challenges with Manager. Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments. Please note this is compensated through a combination of hourly wages + tips based on food sales.
