Hotel Breakfast Attendant Hyatt Place Sharonville Convention Center - 4.0 Sharonville, OH Job Details $14 - $16 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Guest relations Customer inquiry handling High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable. As our breakfast attendant, you will set up the buffet daily, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service. The breakfast attendant will also refill coffee and beverages as needed or when asked and remove dirty dishes and utensils. Candidates should be enthusiastic about customer service. Compensation:
$14 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:
Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage Assist guests with any questions or concerns that they may have in a prompt and friendly manner
Qualifications:
Outstanding time management and organizational skills Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members Experience working in food service is preferred Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
