In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will ensure customer Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate sales transactions and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service Manage food inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper food storage procedures are followed Handle cash register operations efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions Support food preparation activities, including assembling orders and maintaining a clean work area Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred, especially with barista or coffee experience Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience in serving, food preparation, or retail environments within the food industry is a plus Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
