Caterer - Full Time

We are looking for friendly, experienced food service professionals to complete our night catering team, providing high-quality catered events to the campus community. Our staff has paid holidays, opportunities for training and advancement and time off between semesters to spend with family and friends during the winter holidays.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Sets up, serve and maintains coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, receptions both buffets & served and cleans up2. Ensures all dishes, utensils, and other equipment are clean and properly returned3. Follow all food safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.4. Provide superior customer service.5. Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements. 6. Valid driver's licenses must be comfortable driving company vehicles. 7.Other duties as assigned. Second shift works 2pm 10pm. Schedule is based on bookings, could be morning afternoons, or nights. Hours may change during summer and breaks in the school year.

Physical Demands/Environment:

Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsEnvironment may include hot, humid or cold conditions.
