Catering Broken Arrow, OK Job Details Part-time From $14 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits Paid training Food provided Qualifications Kitchen health and safety standards Food service health code compliance Employee relationship building Simple food item preparation Food safety sanitizing procedures Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Must maintain a Food Handler's permit Must be 18 years or older Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed Flexible hours You will be responsible to help prepare and deliver all catered orders accurately and on time Keep work area neat and clean while following all safety and sanitation procedures Display an ability to interact positively with all team members, managers and guests on a consistent basis A competitive hourly wage plus tips! Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment Performs other duties as assigned Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment Must be able to multi-task and assist in any area necessary Ability to resolve problem Perform strenuous manual labor as required (equipment storage, event setup, tear down of tables and buffet supplies)
