Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Red Lion Inn & Suites Deschutes River Bend. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day with a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet Prepare and restock breakfast food items Clean and organize the food serving and preparation areas Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area Monitor food quality and consistency Provide prompt, courteous service to guests Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere Properly dispose of used dishes and utensils Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Comply with all food safety requirements Maintain proper food temperatures Attend mandatory meetings

Additional Duties:

Keep work area neat and organized Conduct yourself professionally at all times Maintain a safe working environment Foster good working relationships with all departments Adhere to all policies in the Employee Handbook Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent One year of related experience preferred Required government licenses or certificates Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong multitasking and time management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Flexibility to work any day of the week and any hour Team player with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:
