Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to deliver a vibrant breakfast service experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying their morning meal, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining food quality standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the breakfast service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help set the tone for a fantastic guest stay. Responsibilities

MUST BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEEKENDS

Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast and assist with seating arrangements when needed Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks in accordance with food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and buffet stations Replenish food and beverage stations promptly to ensure availability throughout service hours Monitor guest needs during breakfast service, responding quickly to requests or dietary restrictions Follow all food handling procedures and safety regulations to uphold hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience from setup to cleanup Skills Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude Knowledge of serving techniques and food preparation practices Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus Familiarity with food safety protocols and dietary accommodations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Hospitality background or restaurant experience is highly valued Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous If you're passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
