$16 per hour plus tips Experience is necessary, Also you must: Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction. Have or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit. Communicates with, and assists, food servers to maintain high-efficiency service. Ensures satisfaction and well-being of all guests. Maintains cleanliness and restocks front-of-house areas. Serves water and provides refills as necessary. Clears dishes and utensils between courses and replaces dishes and utensils after guests leave. Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time. Be able to read, write, and speak English.
