As a Breakfast Attendant, you will ensure that every guest starts their day with a delicious, safe, and satisfying breakfast experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will set the tone for a memorable stay and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures at all times. Handle food safely by following proper food handling techniques and managing food safety management protocols. Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their dining experience. Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and billing, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Support food preparation tasks, including setting up buffet stations, replenishing supplies, and managing weight handling in the workplace safely. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy breakfast hours, including catering or banquet setups when required. Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations is essential. Experience with wine knowledge or barista skills is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage service. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes guest satisfaction. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or dietary aide roles will be advantageous. Familiarity with POS systems and food industry best practices ensures smooth operational flow.
