00/hr. Essential Functions Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests depart. Assist servers and bartenders with guest service needs. Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other items as directed. Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and restaurant common areas. Stock and replenish service supplies including silverware, napkins, glassware, and condiments. Assist with polishing glassware, rolling silverware, and preparing the dining room for service. Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift. Support restaurant opening, closing, and side-work duties. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Work cooperatively with all team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying. Ability to move quickly and safely throughout the restaurant. Ability to work in a busy and sometimes noisy environment. Performance Expectations Maintain a clean and organized dining environment. Provide timely support to servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude. Contribute to a welcoming and efficient guest experience.
